Video tutorial site, Tubetorial has just launched. The site offers free video presentations on various topics related to blogging, web design, and making money online.
They are currently focused on three main topics:
- How to Build a Profitable Home on the Web
- 7 Steps to Creating and Selling a Niche Information Product
- Blogger Law 101
Each subject has a series of 5-7 video tutorials that (presumably) will walk you through the basics. They only have part 1 of each series available right now, but so far, the information is good.
For instance, if you’re interested in learning how to buy a domain name the Be the Master of Your Own Domain! is a great step by step resource on purchasing a domain through Godaddy.com. The other two videos seemed to be more intro versions to the rest of the series that simply talked about what they’d cover in upcoming episodes. Still, beginners should find the information helpful.
That said, the site feels experimental, with the presentations coming off as a bit stiff and scripted. I’m sure that over time, the presenters will start to feel more comfortable with the medium and loosen up.
