6-Week Marketing Strategy Intensive Program
Our 6-Week Marketing Strategy Intensive Program offers you the opportunity to work one-on-one with your own Marketing Coach. Week-by-week, you'll learn proven marketing strategies and tactics that will help you attract high-value clients.
If you are new to business or don’t have a solid strategic framework in place, our 6-Week Marketing Strategy Intensive Program is the place to start. In this program, we focus on developing short- and long-term business goals, identifying profitable client segments, creating a compelling marketing message, and putting together a monthly marketing plan you can start implementing immediately.
Our Program follows a set curriculum and is tailored around your current needs. We will look at ways to dramatically improve your lead generation and conversion rates and identify neglected profit opportunities. In our short time working together, you'll put a marketing strategy in place that fits with your strengths.
How It Works
You and your marketing coach will schedule weekly telephone sessions each month. During those sessions, you'll discuss the time-tested marketing strategies that will significantly increase your revenue.
In between sessions, you'll have access to audio lessons and worksheets to develop your marketing plan as you go.
Your marketing coach is available to answer any questions you might have by email. Just send your questions, and receive a response within 24 business hours.
Curriculum
Here's what you'll learn during our six weeks working together.
6-Week Curriculum
Week 1 - Business Analysis and Goal Setting
We start the program by analyzing where you currently are with your business and where you want to be. This gives you several benchmarks for growing your business while uncovering potential profit opportunities you may be missing.
Week 2 - Creating a Client Focus
In this session, we identify who your ideal clients are and what they most want and need. We also look at ways to leverage your current and past clients to generate more business.
Week 3 - Developing a Powerful Marketing Message
In Week 3, we develop a powerful personal brand that establishes trust and credibility with prospects. You'll also learn how to talk about what you do clearly and with enthusiasm.
Week 4 - Evaluating Your Marketing Materials
In this session, we look at how and why clients buy, and your prospecting and lead generation processes. We also critique your current marketing pieces to produce better result and look at opportunities for creating education-based marketing materials and lead-generating information products that add value to your prospects' lives.
Week 5 - Building Relationships with Marketing and Sales
Most contacts won't buy from you on the first or second contact so having a follow up system in place that educates and builds rapport throughout your marketing and sales cycle is critical to your success. In this session, we identify ways to follow up with leads that position you as a trusted adviser.
Week 6 - Developing Referral Systems
In this session, we look at ways you can generate more referrals from current and past clients, as well as establishing a network of referral partners and joint ventures who send you referrals regularly.
