Our 8-Week Lead Generation Toolkit offers you the opportunity to work one-on-one with your own Marketing Coach. Week-by-week, you’ll learn proven marketing strategies and tactics that will help you attract high-value clients.

In this program, we analyze the ways you’ve been generating new business, identify profit opportunities you may be missing, and identify ways to get current and past clients to refer more business to you. This is also a great second step for clients who have completed our 6-Week Marketing Strategy Intensive Program.

Our Program follows a set curriculum and is tailored around your current needs. We will look at ways to dramatically improve your lead generation and conversion rates and identify neglected profit opportunities. In our short time working together, you’ll put a marketing strategy in place that fits with your strengths.

How It Works

You and Krista will schedule weekly telephone sessions each month. During those sessions, you’ll discuss the time-tested marketing strategies that will significantly increase your revenue. In between sessions, you’ll have access to audio lessons and worksheets to develop your marketing plan as you go. Your marketing coach is available to answer any questions you might have by email. Just send your questions, and receive a response within 24 business hours.

Curriculum

Here’s what you’ll learn during our eight weeks working together.

  1. Week 1 – Marketing and Sales Pipeline Analysis – We start the program by analyzing where you currently are with your business and where you want to be. This gives you several benchmarks for growing your business while uncovering potential profit opportunities you may be missing.
  2. Week 2 – Advertising and Direct Mail – In this session, we analyze your current advertising, mailers, sales letters and brochures. We look at ways you can produce better marketing pieces through our education-based marketing principles.
  3. Week 3 – Website Strategy – In Week 3, we analyze the effectiveness of your website and/or blog. We look at ways you can generate more high-quality leads from your website and use your website as a hub for your marketing process.
  4. Week 4 – Online Marketing Strategies – In this session, we analyze your current online marketing efforts including search engine optimization, article writing, blogging, and pay-per-click advertising. We’ll look for ways to drive more higher-quality prospects to your website.
  5. Week 5 – Writing and Speaking – Writing and speaking are great ways to demonstrate your expertise and build your reputation as a trusted adviser. We look at ways you can use article marketing, informational products, teleseminars, and offline workshops to attract new clients.
  6. Week 6 – Referral Marketing Strategies – In this session, we look at ways you can generate more referrals from current and past clients, as well as establishing a network of referral partners and joint ventures who send you referrals regularly.
  7. Week 7 – Follow Up Strategies – Most contacts won’t buy from you on the first or second contact so having a follow up system in place that educates and builds rapport throughout your marketing and sales cycle is critical to your success. In this session, we identify ways to follow up with leads that position you as a trusted adviser and how you can put your follow up on autopilot.
  8. Week 8 – Sales Strategies – Many professional service providers hate selling. In this session, we’ll look at ways to have genuine selling conversations and how you can increase your prospect-to-client conversion rates.

Am I a Good Candidate for the 8-Week Lead Generation Toolkit?
Because our marketing coaching programs are designed for you to work one-on-one with Krista, she can only take a limited number of people each month. Here’s what she looks for in her marketing coaching clients:

  1. You are a self-employed business owner located in the US who offers a professional service or are a partner in a small professional services firm (i.e. a small legal practice).
  2. You are willing to invest at least 2-3 hours each weekin talking with your coach and completing that week’s exercises.
  3. You have the ability to make quick decisions and can get things done fast. When you start a project, it gets finished.
  4. You are committed to being a better marketer to grow your business and are open to try out new ideas.
  5. You realize that results may not be instantaneous.

What Types of Clients Don’t You Work With?
Our focus is on people who offer a professional service, such as coaches, consultants, therapists, trainers, accountants, financial planners, attorneys, real estate agents, architects, health care practitioners, etc. We do not work with retail operations or restaurants.

We only work with highly motivated people who genuinely want to contribute to their clients’ lives. We are NOT looking for people who are dishonest or unethical in their business dealings. We operate with integrity in what we do and only do business with others who have the same type of commitment to providing value to their clients.

If you are willing to take ethical shortcuts to maximize your profits, then we probably aren’t a good fit. Please note: We don’t coach businesses in the pornography or gambling sectors.
