Why Hire a Copywriter?

Clear, persuasive communications can mean the difference between successfully acquiring a client and losing the prospect to your competitor. Fundamentally, good copy needs to get attention, communicate, and persuade. It must be concise, jargon-free, and clearly explain how you can solve your reader's problems.

Here are some things a good copywriter will do:
  • Writes in a conversational tone for your chosen audience's point of view
  • Crafts engaging headlines that grab attention
  • Emphasizes the benefits of working with you and why you are different from competitors
  • Eliminates needless words
  • Edits and proofreads so your message is clear, concise, and professional
  • Makes sure all your writing is consistent
  • Writes with search engine optimization in mind
  • Saves you time by writing webpages, blog posts, newsletter articles, and other compelling content

Our Copywriting Process

  1. Initial Consultation - We begin with an initial consultation to discuss your business objectives and the scope of your project.

  2. Agreement - We put together an agreement that details the project, provides a fee structure, and outlines how we'll work together.

  3. Information Gathering - Depending on the nature of the project, we gather information that will be needed to write the piece. This could be anything from doing research online, to looking at your current corporate materials, to conducting interviews with your staff members and customers.

  4. Outline - After we've gathered all information, we put together an outline of each piece and the major points of each section. This crystallizes what we've learned from our information gathering stage and lets you see the foundations of the piece before we write the full content. If there are spacing constraints, such as everything must fit on a 1 page brochure, we include an estimated word count for each section.

  5. Rough Draft - We deliver a rough draft to you within 7-10 days from the time you sign off on the outline.

  6. Revisions - We usually go through 1-2 rounds of revisions over the next few days to make sure the copy meets your expectations.
